We appreciate and value your confidence in us and we will work steadfastly to maintain your trust by always providing a safe and secure website where you can visit us.

Like most websites, ours automatically tracks some general, but not personal, information about where people go on our site. That tracking helps us improve the design and content of our site to provide better information and service. In order to process your information requests and orders, if any, we require your postal and email addresses and keep them confidential and never share or sell anything.

We maintain the safety of your personal information through the use of various security measures when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We use a secure server. Every time you give us sensitive/credit information it’s transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our trusted and secure payment gateway provider’s database which is only to be accessible by authorized individuals with special access rights to the systems. All are required to keep the information confidential.

We save only the last four digits of your credit card number in our company database after you’ve finished your transaction. Nothing else. The rest of your card information is gone from our system. If you ever want to review or change any of the information we have about you, please just go into your Student account and do so.

We will never "rent" or "sell" or "loan" your email address to another publisher, school, company, or individual. Great Read!

By Mara Kim Amazon review, Verified Purchase

"This is another great read from [ICL]... When I saw this particular one, I grabbed it immediately ... This book is a great addition to a writer's (whether published or not) shelf ... I highly recommend their writing courses. You receive feedback on your work from published authors. You will be encouraged but also pushed to make your story from good to great."
